Jonathan Cheung (张增平) is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England & Wales, Singapore and Australian Capital Territory. He obtained his law degrees from University of Hong Kong and Beijing University, and Master of Arts in Comparative and Public History from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had 16 years of experience with international law firms (Deacons and Pinsent Masons) and 15 years of experience as Vice President and the China and Asia Pacific general counsel for PepsiCo, Inc. He sat in the Senior Leadership Team of PepsiCo’s China region, and a number of boards of its China holding companies and JVs. Since retiring from PepsiCo, he set up Comcoser and acts as its Principal Consultant.

Shunban Zhang (张顺邦)graduated from Tianjin Institute of Finance and Economics (now Tianjin University of Finance and Economics) and started his career in China’s Bank of Construction. He then moved to the telecommunication industry. From 2004 he started his own business in Shenzhen running an agency service for China Telecommunication. He has first hand knowledge and experience in dealing with the business and regulatory challenges facing a small to medium business in its set-up and operational stages. His experience in banking and running a business also makes him an expert in identifying potential fraud and non-compliance risk areas.
