Comcoser Limited (可立咨詢有限公司) is a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability. It is an independent consultancy and services provider. While some of our directors and consultants have professional qualifications, it is NOT an accounting or legal practice. As such it will not provide services legally required to be provided by accounting or law firms. We work closely with a network of accounting and law firms, and other service providers, across the region and are in the position to make recommendations when appropriate.

深圳市可立商业咨询有限公司（以下简称可立）是为了协助香港 Comcoser Limited 拓展国内业务而独立在深圳成立的公司, 可立立足于深圳、其服务团队有着丰富的国际经验，致力协助海外企业在中国事务的拓展，解决海外企业从公司注册到成长中的各种问题。
